Mommas help how can or what can i do to help bring my milk supply in ?/: baby girl latches great its just nothing coming up especially pumping nothing as well. How can i boost it to start other than stimulation

Just let her nurse on demand and drink TONS of water . if you can pump or hand express please do ! It works wonders but baby can do it by herself.. Plus don't STRESS ,it can demolish your supply@ppb14pj16

When did you have her? & don't pump yet. Just keep her latched & skin to skin! Drink lots of water!

Just yesterday and im pumping to get it jump start and i am latching her on as well
