Literally saw what looked like a 16 year old girl video chatting on her phone while driving. If our light didn't turn green so fast I was about to roll down my window and chew her out. Why she couldn't pull over if the conversation was so important or wait until she got to her destination is beyond me. Kids these days think technology is a must 24/7 or they're gunna die. Seriously when your in the car driving your phone shouldn't be anywhere near you nor should you be texting, talking on the phone or video chatting. I can proudly say that I've never messed with my phone while behind the wheel. My child's life, my husband's life, my life and every other individual on the rode is more important than answering a text or a phone call.
