It's different with everyone and every pregnancy. My last pregnancy I felt pregnant as soon as I had all the symptoms around 5 weeks. This time I feel the symptoms but I don't "feel" pregnant. I've always felt my baby move by now so that may be why.

Yea see I'm 10 weeks but I don't really have a bump yet so like you said some days you feel like your not pregnant at all

When I felt them move

4 weeks. I was also put on progesterone so I think that had a lot to do with it.

At 6 weeks for me
