Hey everyone ! Quick question regarding synthroid during pregnancy. I want to wean myself off because I was only using it since I was hypothyroid during my pregnancy. I've not used synthroid while not pregnant and I want to know anyone's experience with weaning off? I weaned off with my first pregnancy btw! I was fine and lost weight after my first pregnancy. I'm 5 weeks post partum and wondering if I should stop. I'm taking 1 pill in the morning since December and will be taking half a pill for 4 days to stop completely.

Up 30 lbs ? Went to the doctor today and yup.... I've gained 30 pounds already. I'm 22w1d. My doctor is not worried at all. I was on phentermine pills (diet pills that help decrease appetite) before I got pregnant so my body was used to only eating once a day but I stopped taking them as soon as I thought I was pregnant. So now my body is just in shock with eating 3 meals plus snacks a day. I'm just like WOW 30lbs! I gained 45 with my first but I was heavier to start with my first . Oh well. Who else has gained this much?
