Yes! It worked wonders for my sons sensitive skin. "Eucerin-original healing". Haven't tried anything else yet.

My son had major baby acne, worst than that, I used eucerin lotion and it removed the acne. Quick action- Eucerin. You just need an excellent moisturizer that'll keep the skin hydrated it'll also prevent and treat breakouts when anything irritates the skin for any further occurrences.

My son got hand foot and mouth and it looked similar.. but my daughter had bad baby acne it can be that as well
