Any suggestions on how I can get Nasi to eat more than chicken nuggets, poptarts, oatmeal, Cheetos, and corn dogs, and maybe sometimes asparagus. I've tried to give him whatever I'm eating but he won't try it unless I kind of make of but that's very rare since he knows how to throw 😔
I don't think it's uncommon for kids to stick to a few specific staples, my 3yr old was pretty much the same. Just keep offering new options. Presentation matters too. Breadsticks stuck into small meatballs, stack up cut fruit into a pyramid, etc. I find it helps to keep it bite sized, less daunting.
