My husband and I knew each other for two months before he asked me to marry him. Met February, engaged April, married in July. I was 18, he was 27. We're 5 years strong now and I regret nothing. If you feel it's the right thing, go for it! If you're still not sure, it's okay to wait a little longer.

I here stories from my residents (seniors) all the time about how young they were when tbey married and how they only knew each other for a week or a couple months.... so you age doesnt matter, how long yall knew each other doesnt matter, and there is no such thing as perfect timing. I dont really believe in lovey dovey feelings either. All that matters is if you think you can spend the rest of your life with this person even on a bad day. If you still will do anything for them even when they get on your last nerve and piss you the fuck off. If they irritate you, get you heated and can still make laugh all in the matter of 10min. I say go for it. Relationships are hard work so as long as you both are willing to keep working.....👍👌

Just make sure it's something you really want to do and hopefully ready for. Me and my hubby were not ready but we've grown a lot. I was 18 he was 20. It was rough at first but it'll be our 4 year wedding anniversary in July. Been together 5 years and I'm pregnant with our 3rd child. You truly learn who a person is when y'all live together. I did not know my hubby when we were dating I saw one side and when we got married I saw a completely different side. He's never had to share so sharing the same house room bed etc was hard for him he wasn't used to cuddling so it took a long time to get used to a lot for the both of us. But now everything is great! Once you're in, you're in. Its not like bf and gf if y'all decide to separate its then the struggle of a divorce I pray not if you think he's the one. If you think you're ready go for it if you want to wait, wait. It's what you, him, and your hearts want.

No one can tell you what to do.. if you feel like your relationship is going to last, get married! I met my husband at 16 and we married when I was 20 and he just turned 21. We've been together almost 8 wonderful years. And we've lasted through our crazy. We've lasted through changes. Sure, sometimes I really want to punch him but were both very crazy about each other.

I was 21 and he was 23. We had already been together for 5 years. We lived with his parents rent free so it was easier for us to save money to get married then get a place of our own. Little did we know we would end up buying my in laws house anyway. 3 years later and we are pretty happy.

Honestly love, there's no "right age" or "right time". I met my husband when I was 21. He was 25. We dated for 2 1/2 months and then moved in together. More so bc I wanted to leave and move out, & he wanted to as well. We met in August. Moved in by November. And he proposed by February of the following year. Here we are, 3 years later and still very happy. And recently became parents. If everything seems to be flowing, your relationship, energy, plans & goals, & if you FEEL DEEP DOWN he is the one then go for it. Be sure of it though. Marriage means business. Lol. Best of luck!

I met my hubby when I was 18 in the middle of my first semester of college and he was 21. We started dating on the last day of classes dates for 2-3 weeks then he proposed we got married 6 weeks later and now we have been married for 2 yes and are still so in love and we have the sweetest baby in the world!
