Thinking out loud:

I haven't been on birth control of any kind in 10 years. Since I was 18 years old. I am careful, and only got pregnant when I wanted to. She was totally planned. It only took one try to conceive. What I'm thinking is, I honestly feel like maybe I got pregnant so quickly and without having to try for months and months because my body hadn't been on any birth control or meds in years. I think that maybe that is a factor in why so many women to have to try for months, even years to conceive. 🤔

@ellieinmybelly, that's crazy! Definitely just me thinking out loud. I work with a girl like me: hasn't been on anything form of BC in years and got pregnant the first month they tried. But then, I've always heard of (not actually known..) people who get the IUD's removed, or people who stop the pill and it takes them forever.

I guess it's true: every body's body is different.

It does effect it. I took birth control from the time I was 14-17. I was visiting my grandma and ran out so ryan and I decided we would leave it up to fate if we got pregnant. It took 2yrs to conceive caleigha. We didn't use protection or anything. My body hung onto the hormones for a long time.
