Hi Girls!
My baby has been with these little points/spots (sorry I don't know the name in english) and it doesn't go away. I've tried moisturize (as the doctor prescribed to me) and Eucerin skin calm with oils, bur they still there.
Do you know what it is and what to do to make them disappear?

Thank you @ecahanes, I was think about the detergent as well, or maybe the stain remover. I'll try vanicream !

That definitely looks like eczema. But I would try vanicream my son has it and that's the only thing that works for it. Good luck! Eczema is tricky. Watch what detergent you are using as well
