@blessed-n-proud8, their dumb online portal wouldn't work which was what they told me to use when i first got my test done.... the first couple ladies i spoke with didnt help me they jus said call my doc so i called back an got another rep today which was a guy an he actually told me he could reset my account which he did because the another rep gave me a code but it didn't work, but what ever he did which she didnt offer me worked
