My husband's manager is getting upset because he's not able to make his shift tomorrow because he can't stay awake or focus on a conversation. The accident happened Monday morning and he is still like this? Oh well. He is seeing a doctor and will have a work excuse. He needs to heal. I'm sorry that this happened but as a manager, you need to understand this does happen sometimes and you have to allow the employee the time off to heal. Most take off at least 2 weeks. He's only taking off one.
