I have it, the only thing they did was check my symptoms because i told them then they went ahead and did a pelvic ultrasound and found the cysts. They don't usually do blood work for it, usually by ultrasound

I normally had a weird feeling in my right ovary, kinda like a pinching crampy pain but was very mild and found out that was the most covered by cysts. The main thing that led me to the doctor was really late/irregular periods and the fact that its been a while and still haven't conceived
