Im 7 weeks pregnant, before I found out I was pregnant i had some spotting of pink discharge. Once I went to the obgyn she said that I need to get a rhogam shot now because of the spotting I told her about and then another at 28 weeks. Is it safe to get this shot so early in pregnancy???

When your Rh negative you have to get the rhogam shot during pregnancy and afterwards. You also have to get it when there is any type of bleeding so that means miscarriage and abortion as well. I'm o- so I have always had to have the rhogam shot.
It is all confusing as hell. Lol my fella does transfusions and blood banking and has to constantly explain the stuff to me. @mcrowell0970
Yes. It keeps your body from attacking baby if baby has a different blood type than you. Super safe and necessary. Good luck mama!
