@chelseaaverdugo, yes but somehow I always find a way. I will only stay off track for so long before I get back to the good stuff. I think once u develop a taste for good food crap food well it taste like crap I'm not a picky eater I will try anything and pretty much eat anything it's all about how it's prepared. For me it's hard to workout now I used to be in the gym everyday when I really cared about my image not that I don't care now it's just different I'm a mom so my entire mindset has changed. I felt sore for so long after having my son not sure why or if it's normal.
@txyogagirl, that's great !!!! Have you ever struggled or had a weight gain or loss or a even a goal u wanted to reach and it made it difficult?
@txyogagirl, yea I hear you ! Working out has been a lot of mommies hard times to find motivation / and the okay to work out .
