Is there any way my 3 week old could be teething? She constantly chews on her fist/fingers, and she has been drooling a lot. She's also been very fussy for no reason, it seems.

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
