One of the greatest transformation of my life is making a powerful decision to always remain true to myself....
What I have learned is that in order to take care of those that you love, you must be about the business of taking care of yourself. As mom's and women we care almost to a fault and that at times leaves us empty.....
I work with a wide range of women from varies backgrounds and the conversation is always the same....... My goal is to teach and empower how to shift from mommy overload to actively creating an amazing life by being true with self..
How is that possible, when I have so much going on you may ask.....😉 I overstand.....
1. You must be honest about what you can and can not do.
2. Rest your superwoman cape, you don't have to wear it to bed.😍
3. Ask for help.
4. Take you some much need sacred self care time.
5. Get rid of the quilt, everything is going to be okay without you.
6. Tell the truth about how you're feeling.
7. Transparency with those you love.
8. Always remember who you are.
9. Never lose who you are.
10. Find more reasons to love yourself...😍😍😍
More on this....... I'll share with you what I do to eat.......
Blessed Day!
I don't care how people take selfies. Do what you want it's not killing me, ruining my day or none of my business. I don't care about The background either. It can be dirty or clean it's not my house. Just take care if your babies.
Did anyone tear during birth?
If so what was your go to options to heal yourself? As in what did you use for pain an to take care of the tear.
An how long did it take for you to get healed? Any information is helpful.
Everyone is in such a tissie about who spanks their child who cares everyone has a difference in opinion you know what I disagree with child leashes I cringe when I see one but I would never attack someone for their choice to use it get over yourself you shoving your opinion down someone’s throat will not change what they decide to do.
