So my husband thinks he may have PTSD 😔....it's nothing extreme or anything I have noticed how his attitude has changed since he got out the Navy but it's something we have talked about and been fine with but of course since he has concerns I will be making sure he get checked out with the VA doctor

I got out of the Navy about a year and a half ago and it's still not a easy transition at all. I miss the hell out of it even though I told myself I wouldn't but here i am still hating the civilian life . Just offer support
