My son has them on his arms and a couple on his cheeks there like baby pimples

Thank you! I was going to call tomorrow but like she feels fine. She had something like this on her face when she was smaller but now there's just some in her arm and leg. She's fine so I am hesitant to call her doc

My daughter has those the pediatrician said not to worry about it. They're almost like pimples except they can scar if you try to pop them
