Is there anything I can give a 13 month old for a sore throat? I can't think of anything other than cold drinks or popsicles but I'm not wanting to give her so many sweets. Whatever her dad has I now have and she looks and is acting like she doesn't feel good.

Raw honey and possibly Throat Coat tea. It is sweet with a hint of marshmallows and kids like it but it really helps sore throats. Call and ask a pediatrician first about the tea.

You can make pedialyte pops that way she doesn't get so much sugar with the popsicles. Just pour pedialyte in an ice tray and once they get slushy enough for a stick to stay in the middle put the sticks in and freeze the rest of the way. That also will help her stay hydrated.

I never thought of making Pedialyte popsicles. I usually make juice popsicles I for sure am going to go make her some Pedialyte ones. She would love them. @caysonsmommy16,
