Okay ladies this is a bit if a TMI but my lady parts r sore and swollen and it hurts a bit around back as well (it's not a hemorrhoid it's more the outer part between the cheeks) is this normal or should I get checked? It's mostly sore in between the two. Pretty sure if it's not a yeast infection cuz I've had less discharge and the smell and such hasn't changed. I know hormones can do some weird things lol

Yeast infections don't have to be an infection. It could be an external yeast infection which is itchy and painful

My lady parts were swollen from about 20 weeks on. Wasn't painful at all so im not sure

@beebaby hmm I'll keep an eye on it. It was hot here ovr the weknd and I did a lot of walking around so I'll give it a few days and if it doesn't start getting better I'll go to the doc

It's normal, it could be from pressure now that baby girl is getting bigger, and also more blood flow to that area. I was swollen from 26 weeks on and off. The last month was when it was at its first but that's to be expected since baby gets lower towards the end. You can apply an ice pack and apply it 5 mins on and off. Would help a bit. And Luke warm baths with Epsom salt for some reason helped a little as well.

@mamatocam8516xo was it sore as well? Cuz mine is sore on top of being swollen. I was away for the weknd and didn't get a chance to soak in the tub with Epsom salt like I usually do.

Yes it was sore, sore to where I could barely keep pants on. But it would come and go.
