I did . It wasnt full custody but filed for joint sole custody. So the father sees the child every orher weekend. Child lives w me. Father and i make choices together on babies but i have final say on everything. Because me and the BD was somewhat on good terms and was trying to mend our relationship ... we wrote out and planned and agreed on what we wanted n didnt want and presented to the judge at court. That made things sooooo easy and court was just for a day. Not dragging for a week and ish and it was less stressful. As of now me and BD are back together but the court ordef is still in affect hopefully plan on closing it soon. Good Luck

Yeah I want physical joint custody. But my ex won't budge on over night stays. He wants the baby now and my son is breastfed. I said by 2 years old he could have him and he wouldn't agree to that so we go for one more pre trial and if he won't agree then we have to go to trial. @brittxxdee,

@missjess, yes and the judge is going to side with u because i mean u are breast feeding make sure u state that in court. You are your babies main source of food.

The judge asked if I pumped and I told him I'm not successful at it. And he didn't say anything he just was like ok. He said it was important I kept breastfeeding. And he wasn't going to make me stop cause my ex can't be flexible. Granted my ex is the one who really pushed and gave me a hard time about not breastfeeding, bet he didn't know it's come back to bite him in the ass lol 😋@brittxxdee,
