does anything help with a slight case of baby diarrhea? she's had wayyyy more poop diapers than normal but she's still eating and drinking like normal

Do you give your kids Tylenol or Motrin every time they have a fever or only if they are being bothered by it? My DD has a fever of 100.6 but you'd never know, she's playing and acting completely normal. She's 3.
