Do you have a lawyer because suicidal attempts does sound like an unfit parent. I'd be afraid if he would try to commit suicide while your child is in his care. I would call a lawyer and ask if they will do a free consultation or pro bono work.

@breeee, nothing I'm a perfect mother, clean record, I own my own house, own my car, my fiancé and I have been together for almost a year, and has an amazing job so I stay at home with her, I just worry because he has the best lawyer around and I don't want 50/50

@babynessa, no I never had a lawyer because I thought he was out of the picture so now I have to go in blind sided because it was out of nowhere, but our judge always tends to lean for the men and that's another thing that scares me.

@kailey.gallentine, I hope so! I had her pediatrician and my doctor wrote notes and sign them saying she was doing great and gaining perfect and we made it to all of her appointments so hopefully that helps some too ❤️
