Yes, heat rash. My son got it alot when he was a newborn born in June.

@embracemthrhd2, @jacesterlingsmommy thanks ladies! Yesterday his dad took him to the dodger stadium. He only has 1 shirt on but I'm assuming it was just too hot for him! He recently had a fever that lasted days cause of his double ear infection, so I was scared it was roseola

Yeah it doesn't take much for them to get it, at least it seems like it for my son. Just keep an eye on it since you said he had that ear infection. No lotions, that can make it worse. When my son had it we just let him lay around in a diaper and it went away within a day or two.
