@withlovedkj, @coralinesmommy12517,
I made a protein shake every morning and have dietary pills I take with each meal, a healthy and lean meal, lots of protein and veggies usually. I have a yogurt and cereal in the morning and then do an hour of yoga, lunch is usually a salad with some type of meat, usually chicken, then a two hour walk with the boys, after their walk I usually let them play and I do an hour more of yoga with exercise bands and weights, and for dinner fish like salmon or shrimp. Works really well! Also no soda, just water or green tea. It's easy to do mostly because my husband is on his own diet and the majority of what I make for his diet I eat as well. Keeps me on track because he's very strict about it.
This is why I am watching what I eat, how much & I try to stay doing yoga like I have been the past two years, sometimes I'm just to tired or moody. Most girls I know eat for two and then feel horrible after the baby, I'm not infaking much more than before I was pregnant. I want to feel good and be active with my baby 👣💪🏼
