I know your pain , I stopped smoking about 2 weeks after I found out I was pregnant I was around 3 weeks then, by 5 weeks I had quit cold turkey , by slowly coming off of them .. it's hard but just keep focused on the beautiful outcome 😍😏😊

@mommytobre, I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks, the day we were leaving for vacation and my hubby (who doesn't smoke) said i was done, and they were making me sick anyway but every time I would almost break down and smoke you could tell it was breaking his heart, so I just quit the day I found out. Which seemed easy then because I was on vacation but now it's breaking routine maybe..?

@courtney.welsh it's gonna take a while for all cravings to go away. When I found out I was pregnant I was 6 weeks along, I was smoking half a pack a day or a little less, and been smoking for 15+ years, only quit with my previous pregnancy. And it was hard especially because my husband smokes a pack a day....but I got through it. I quit cold turkey and had withdrawals and dreams of cigs too, it will get better hun trust me

I smoked for nearly 20 years. When I got pregnant with my son I quit cold turkey. Hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I am now smoke free for a little over 2 years. I still get the cravings from time to time. Honestly I don't think they ever go away 100%.
