I swear I've been in labor for DAYS!!!!! weeks maybe. Was 5 cm dilated on Wednesday. Since then I've had endless contractions, back pain, and last night I got SO sick my guts are now completely empty. I've been an emotional wreck. Today is my birthday, and my sons birthday is the day after tomorrow so we did his party today, along with 2 other birthday parties and I'm exhausted! Cried my eyes out to my mama about all of my concerns, came home and low and behold a HUGE mucous plug came out. Is it time??? Im scheduled to be induced next week.

Do squats, do lunges and walk! :) every time I do squats, I get contractions the night after lol

Wow ur 5cm the hospital should of keep u n not sent u home I would do squats to get ur labor kick in more

I can't believe a hospital would ever send you home if you're 5cm dilated. I would be causing a HUGE scene if so.. but, by loosing your mucus plug, and everything else you've said I bet it's time.

I'd say try to sleep & get some rest through it well as long as you're okay & not in pain. But it's totally understandable if you're impatient momma. Good luck!🌸

@3girlzn2boyz, I haven't been to the hospital just my midwife last week.. I don't want to have my labor augmented with pitocin or anything like that so until contractions kick in on their own, being at a hospital won't do much good :/ I'm bouncing on my ball.. pretty sure as soon as he comes down just a lil it's gonna be fast and furious trying to get there in time
