Ankles are swollen...not much but enough to hurt...im retaining alil water...tried proping my feet up, but it only made them hurt worse...ill admit the swelling and retaining could be worse but ive never had this happen before so even the lil bit of agoney im feeling right now is enough to make me whimper and almost cry...espically while standing and walking since my hips are acting up to...
