So this pregnancy I have been keeping track of my weight every day meticulously. Not because I'm some crazy psycho that thinks pregnant women don't gain weight but because with my last two I put on WAYY too much too early and I paid for it. I was in the mindset of "eating for two" on day one. And even though I didn't make it to my goal weight before we got pregnant again I still have lost almost 70 pounds since my last daughter was born. So why do some people think it's okay to berate me for keeping a close eye on the scale, what I'm eating, how much I'm eating, and my exercise?? I'm not being unhealthy. I'm not hurting myself or the baby. How about instead of giving me the stink eye for not finishing every last bite of food on my plate, you give a nice nod acknowledging the fact that I know what a portion size is and have some assemblanse of self control. Come on people..
