My mother has some on me and my child. Idk what she pays,what the policy amt, is or the details but I know we r covered to an extent. She has it on all the kids and grandkids and my step dad. You are so right you never know.

Me and my hub have it on ourselves but not our children

We have insurance but I just can't bring myself to get it on my son.

@beebaby, girl I wouldn't have thought to get it on them but it's literally $4 & some change for each of them. It's with Gerber Life so it accumulates cash value as well.

@mum2logi, oh ok, I understand. For my babies I got it more for the cash value that it accumulates than the protection. To add onto their savings we already have.

@dang_dridri, do u live n dallas I found u by searching dallas we're getting a mama group together u wanna join? Also on the ins u may wanna look bc most are paid on Seth for a cash out it's hardly anything that's how they make money always strings. I highly recommend insuring ourselves so if we die our kid has something bc the likely hood of child dying first is slimmer than mom dying last. Also the average funeral today is 10-12k and some of the policy's are for very small amounts like 20k

@dang_dridri, i know im waaay late to comment but i was thinking that jus recently to get life insurance on myself and my children an honesty even if i dont get it on them RIGHT NOW i definitely want it on myself an for them to be the sole beneficiaries i want an expensive policy that way its money left over for them after my burial but idk how the policies work so i gotta do some research
