His face is suuuper dry it looks like orange. People keep tellin me it will go away by itself but…

For my son I started putting extra virgin olive oil on him because of his dry skin. I still use it now. All over his body and hair we dont even use lotion because the oil keeps his skin moist and gives it a good glow.

@momofdeuce is ok that he's only 3 weeks & to put it that close to his eyes? It's the most dry in between his eyes and like right next to his eye

I started a few weeks older than your son. When applying I wouldn't put a vigorous amount just enough that when you touch his face you know its there. And yes try not to get any in his eye.

My reccomendation is to test it on another dry spot of his body for a few days and see how is skin reacts. Because all babies are different and his skin might not respond the same way my son's did. If you do choose to try please let me know how it worked for you

No lotion! I don't suggest putting ANYTHING on his skin! It definitely DOES go away on its own its just babies skin process. Oil will clogg his pores! He has a protective layer on his skin that lotion can ruin. @mama.to.baby.sage oil is definitely better than lotion. But it will go away on its own
