I just can't seem to get more milk 😫 why me 😡 I really don't want to give up but seems to be so much stress for me help please !!!! Really want to continue breast feeding my baby 💙👼🏼

Try fenugreek pills. That's what I did and it helped me produce more milk

@rojas_evelyn1, baby gets more than any pump so the more u pump and less baby is at boob the less u will get forget the pump and let mama and baby body work together. I assume ur saying can't get more bc u don't see a lot correct?

WATER!!!! Drink lots and lots and lots of water!!!! I promise you'll be as good as gold!
I did not drink water and I dried up. I often reflect to my non-water lifestyle and regret it. But I was simply - not thirsty!! (Drink anyways!!!!!)
