I hated it. My body rejected it and I had birth like contractions and partially birthed two of them then had them removed by a dr.

I didn't get pregnant on it so that part worked

@melinanae, my face exactly 😂 I had each a year exactly before it came out. My cramping issues started at 6ish months

I can't take the combo pills. The only BC that works for me it is mini-pill. I tried the mirena before the paragard and lost half of my hair, migraines, vision problems and a constant period. Paragard was my highly effective non hormonal option.
