I always have them I need to sleep with the air/fan on even sleep naked sometimes 😩 I had every damn symptom so far 🙄

I had a major heat problem when I was pregnant. I would get so hot I would almost pass out. When I was at work I would go stand in the freezer! At home I did I wet wash cloth put in the freezer kind of like an ice pack, and having a fan was my best friend! Drink plenty of water too!
