Has any one tried the 7 day liquid detox?

I also had sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, low sodium brotb any time I got hungry.

I drank low carb high protein shakes. I didn't make the juice ones.

Yea that was just the liquid diet. Total I lost 60lbs. So far I've only gained 8lbs this pregnancy.
