Okay, #momlifegames

Personally, I know I'm not the most amazing mother in the world. Motherhood doesn't come as easily to me as it seems to for other people. However, deep down, I know I am a good mother. Aside from keeping her alive and her basic needs met, here are some reasons why I think I'm a good mother:

1.) I will always encourage her to be whoever she wants to be. She has the freedom to be whatever her little heart desires. I will never keep her from expressing herself, and I will support her no matter what. Even now, as a baby, I try to encourage that.

2.) I put her before anyone else. No matter what, she will always come first. Everything I do is for my daughter, and she is always my first priority when it comes to making decisions. Everything has to keep her best interest in mind.

3.) I have an example of the kind of mother I do NOT want to be, and I strive to never be like that. Sadly, that example is my own mother. She mentally abused and manipulated us, and she abandoned us when I was 11 and my brother was 7. She was never involved with anything and I was left with a plethora of mental issues because of her. Every day, I strive to be everything she wasn't, and to give Isabelle the best childhood I can, the happiest and most normal childhood possible, like I wish I had had for myself.

I don't really want to tag anyone, because I would have to tag everyone! I feel like everyone on here is a good mommy. We're all doing the best we can to give these little beings the best life possible and raise them to be good people. It's a hard job, and often feels like it goes unappreciated, but it's the most rewarding job in the world. So, cheers to us! 💗💗
