Does he have any other symptoms? My daughter sounds like that at times and it's because milk got in her nasal passage from laying down while drinking. I suctioned and nothing came out either.

@morganmommy79, he has a cough as well . How did you get the milk out of the nasal passage ?

Humidifier with the Vic's like stuff to put in it. Also saline spray

@singlemommabear, it eventually just comes out through the nose 😕 if he has a cough too tho he may be congested without a runny nose. I see a lot of mommy's mention saline for that
