Honestly in my case no.
I always used to hear girls saying they got them but I never knew , I guess I have only experience the tightening on my belly but Not the point it hurts. That's it.

^^ what they said. I got them frequently from earlier on. Felt like a tightening of my belly. Some were worse than other's and a bit painful.
