When applying for welfare when it asks how many people live with you and buy, fix and eat meals with you. Would I include my 4 month old ?

Also because she is under age of one you still put one as he age they account for them in case of formula and baby food you can also apply for wic if you haven't already and you have to @ people otherwise we won't be able to see your response I happened to remember the age thing and looked back
