Question: I've applied for CAPS before and they referred my oldest child's biological father on CS. Somebody mentioned to me at work that I can apply for Child Care Assistance without him being put on CS. I mean it doesn't really matter bc either way he's gonna be put on but can I do it without since we currently live together?
