My anxiety about losing my sweet baby to SIDS came back π I was doing so good for a long time, just enjoying the time I spend with her but yesterday, out of nowhere, it came back. I know the fear won't completely diminish but anyone have tips on coping with this? Or have any words to put my mind at ease ? ):
