Witching hour? So my 4 week old seems to get real fussy around 8pm and will not clam down and fall…

Witching hour? So my 4 week old seems to get real fussy around 8pm and will not clam down and fall asleep until almost 1am but then sleeps 4-5 clips after that. Last night I gave her a 10:30 feeding and topped off another ounce at 11:30 and that seemed to help. Maybe I should up her formula intake or maybe she just has a witching hour at night. Anyone ideas 😝?
