So my ex has visitation every other weekend and the first weekend he had my kids he took my sons blanket and bottle and threw them away and said he ain't raising no fing p***y and that's censored now every time he comes to get them my 2!! Yes 2 year old son begs me to not make him go and every time I pick them up my daughter tells me how bubby got in big trouble and got a spanking or stood in the corner all day yet my daughter never gets I. Trouble he puts her on a pedistool he verbally and physically abuses my son but I can't get proof other than the way my son acts and what my daughter tells me I've seen him "spank" my son and his hand is not light I know this from personal experience he smacked his leg multiple times hard not only that but my son is afraid of the dark and he puts my son in a dark room by himself keep in mind both my kids have co slept with me since they were born and let's my daughter sleep with him and is girlfriend she a whole other story at this point I'm at my wits end with dealing with him any suggestions on making things better for my son are greatly appreciated I just wish he would sign over his rights so we wouldn't have to deal with a deadbeat like him who is well over $10000 behind in support total since December 11th 2014 he's paid $1200 they never ordered back support from when our daughter was born he has never bought anything for the kids no diapers clothes nothing it's not right I want them to have a relationship with their dad so I still let them go because they love their daddy and I refuse to interfere with that so unfortunately until we go back to court I just tell my babies it's just for a couple days and I just at my wits end with him and all I do is hold my babies tight and tell them they are so loved but I can tell me son really believes what my ex puts in his head which breaks my heart I try and show him a little extra love and kindness when he comes back but I also want my kids to know that they are loved equally not one over the other any advice

I wouldn't send him honestly as much as you want him to have a relationship with his dad, this is gonna affect him in the future if your ex continues with that behavior

Well that's the other problem it's court ordered and he threatens filing contempt all the time as a matter of fact at our last child support hearing he was under oath and told the judge that he had filed contempt of court that morning and the judge granted him a continuance because of that come to find out nothing to this day has been filed so he purged himself hoping he will just decide to throw his ass in jail and throw away the key not to mention my 2 kids are not his only kids he has 5 kids!!! 2 of which he also purged himself by saying they weren't his when he has said many times to me and the other exs and he doesn't pay support on a single one of them he's with the most recent baby mom for the minute but he seems to have e a pattern so I'll be shocked it he makes it another month so I'm the only one who was stupid enough to take him back and have a second kid with him wouldn't change my lil man for the world so he has 4 baby moms with 5 kids f that js lol

I had gotten really depressed after my brother passed and was moving from my old house to the new one and apparently my ex had came over for some reason and saw my kids were up and I was asleep so he called social services and they had apparently found a knife on the floor which I can only attribute to it somehow falling out of a box idk anyway I had lost my kids for a short period so I'm kinda Leary of social services 😣it was

Yes i agree with @supermom1104 all you have to do is tell social services you feel your kids are i danger. I wouldnt send my kids.

Im going to be brutally honest with you and hope you dont get offended.. Fuck whatever YOU did in the past you fucked up u made a mistake everyone does..BUT FUCK THAT! You did something obviously, you got your kids back..im pretty sure a social worker will question your kids and they will be able to tell whether its something they were told to say or the truth and honestly you need to make that step or you will end up regretting if something worse happened to your son.

@supermom1104, I completely agree but when my kids were taken we had a meeting with my "team" every month every single time we brought up dj was acting strange and told them what had happened since he's only 2 and has issues with speech I can understand him fine because I'm around him and he's In speech which again only I do they brushed it off then awhile after I got my kids back I picked them up and Alyssa tells me daddy took a shower with her naked I immediately called cps we had Togo to the to have a sexual assault exam done where she told us that the rectum heals with In 24 hrs so even if there has been abuse they asked her all these horrific questions and in the end again nothing was done my aunt has reported him for a
Abuse as well they haven't even contacted her ugh

Yea it's horrible I pray for my babies the entire time they are with him and thank y'all for the prayers and support I appreciate it now just gotta figure out where to go from here I have an awesome attorney who is doin all he can for something to happen and when I awesome I mean he literally saw my dcs case worker in passing at the court house and 5 mins later she was calling saying they were coming home also keep in mind that she wanted me to remain on supervised visitation for at least another 2 months and then for that to flip in a matter just seeing him in passing id say he's pretty damn good lol
