Birthday dinner! I am so glad I took my fat fighters to help absorb some of this delish greasiness. I'll be working extra hard tomorrow to sweat out the junk I've eaten today (which is only some french fries and this dinner, plus maybe the root beer float later!) It's been a great day. @luceromommy, yes I guess they are. They are a carb inhibitor. They have a green tea and some caffeine in them so yes they do give some energy
