I always had it before getting pregnant I used to take Ativan and now that I'm pregnant I can only take Benadryl or Vistaril ugh is not the same cause it ain't that strong as Ativan but it helps a little so I'm always around my family and I take nice hot shower as well to help more.....

I did for a while I couldn't be alone cause it would get worse.
