My little mama will be 4 months on the 10th, when did you moms start giving your babies gerber? Or homemade solids?

My son is 4 months old and i gave him solids earlier than that. Not a lot but just a little bit to let him taste and get used to it. I definitely don't let anyone tell me to stop giving him food and wait 2 more months because thats ridiculous to me. He was following us around watching us eat food with the SADDEST look on his face. So yes i gave him food and LOVES it. I think your daughter would be JUST fine if she seems to not do well with it then i would hold off but if she seems fine then continue on. @daisychristina

He also does everything he needs to be doing to show me was some what ready to eat. @daisychristina

I gave mine the Gerber oatmeal at 5 months and he was one solids by a year

I was so scared with my first born I followed the recommended age which was 6 months..my grandma would always tell me at 3-4 months since everybody up in Mexico did that at a young age..but I was scared to even though I turned out well and all her kids too..I decided to start earlier with my daughter so at 4 and a half I started introducing oatmeal mixed with formula and also Gerbers

I started at 4 months but not as an everyday thing just like once in a while

I started my son at 4 months n his fine my daughter is 4 months now I started giving her gerber n she fine as well
