So I'm trying to lose weight from my pregnancy with my daughter. Most of my weight gain is in my belly. I'm to the point where I'm getting depressed over it. I will put a pic in the comments of my NON photo shopped stomach 14 months pp , does anyone know a good workout I could do to lose some of this baby weight?

There's no such thing as spot reduction. That said, you'll have to lose weight all around to reduce fat and build muscle in the area to fill the skin. And like above, diet is key. Keep a food journal it will help you stay accountable

I agree with cubanese, what you eat is very important. In fact a diet consists mostly of 80% diet 20% working out.

I suggest wearing a tight garmet daily, like not super duper tight but something that holds your tummy in also try the apple cider vinegar drink

Cut out all pop and fast food and alcohol. When I did that before I got pregnant I lost 35 pounds. I started by cutting out all dark pop (drank only Mountain Dew) then slowly cut that out too. That way I wouldn't get the dreadful migraines. I would treat myself to fast food once a month and even then I wouldn't splurge. My SO grills all the time, which is so much better for you. Grilled chicken, hamburgers, pork chops. We were eating grilled chicken legs and breasts and wings almost every night before I got pregnant lol but baby didn't like chicken and it's been killing me. I was drinking beer and jack&coke every weekend. I cut out all alcohol besides ounces a month and I'm pretty sure that's how I lost weight the most lol hope this helps!!

Abs are made in the kitchen. Focus on lean protein and veggies. (Look up paleo diet for ideas.) Lots of water. Other stuff in moderation. Of course exercise helps too
