Does any one of you mamas work night shift? If so can you give me tips on sleep, and staying sane 😐
I used to work nights for a couple years and loved it... when i got off in the morning i didnt go strait to bed, i would run errands and clean and prep meals lay down around 10am get back up between 5/7 workout shower go back to work... on my 2 days off i would make myself stay awake durning the day to sleep at night then the day i was to go back to work i would take a 4 hour nap before work and skip the workout that night. ...i was more organized when i worked nights. Im still trying to get used to days. Even now i still get a burst of energy around 9pm and will stay up till midnight even though i have to get up for work @ 4:30am.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!
I work night shifts and have a one year old and seven months pregnant and live alone with my son. Definitely hard get off three in the morning then get up at 630-7 every morning with him. The only thing that keeps me sane is those 30-45 minute naps he gets once a day.
