Ughh that happened to me too 😥 i had to get a really chopped cut because it only happened on one side of my head lol terrible. Just keep your hair moisturized and DONT STOP taking your pre natals. It will stop on its own.

@dhamiphoenix, I wash my hair about the same too, usually not by choice since I try to take quick showers. I have long curly(natural) hair so sometimes it's up in a messy bun for 2-3 days just to keep it out of the way. But when it comes to brushing it, a handful will usually come out with it.

I also only wash my hair once or twice a week at most. Comb when wet and brush when dry. Braid when sleeping...I have thick hair below my bra strap though so it doesn't need tons of washes, product or heat.

I use all natural super conditioners and a leave in conditioner.

Be gentle with your mane and feed it from the inside out :)
