Ugh I hate myself right now. So my in-laws just called and they got the stroller and car seat we wanted and wanted me to take it off the registry since the way they ordered it offline they couldn't. I am super greatful for it and usually I am not a picky person at all but they ended up getting one of the 2 only colors of the system I did not like. There is something about grey with red strips that I just have never liked. Again it doesn't matter but I have the green one on the registry and that's the one they had said originally they wanted to get us anyway and the grey is $20 cheaper but here I am feeling upset about it. Ugh stupid pregnancy hormones.

@lillyb say something tell them you appreciate that gift just the wrong color tell them the one is registry is dif color by accident they may have chosen that one somethings are too hi tech for old people

@sherrynygirl Well originally we had it on a different registry and a different color. Talking to her (MIL) said she found the same one at a different store for cheaper but the color options were different and she was thinking about getting the sage green. I agreed I liked the sage green and told her I would put it on that stores registry for them so it would be easy for them to find. Then they call my husband tonight and tell him they got it but they got the grey instead and that I can take it off the registry so that no one else will buy it. Like I said I'm usually not picky but I rly liked the green but I know they went with the grey cuz it's a little cheaper. When my husband said they got the grey instead I said yea that's fine thinking it was just all grey but it's grey and red and I rly rly don't like the way it looks....I feel so petty about it tho 😭

I went through something similar😕I really wanted a black jogger stroller and someone gave me a stroller and car seat grey and red, and it's a regular 4 wheel stroller 😞and it's not even close to what I want!
My mom and sister said I was so ungrateful but come on it's our first baby and of course we want the best or what we really want as our first baby! But maybe if you have the courage to change it go for it ... other wise you will be stuck like me for a year with it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
